Work has recently finished at Arun house in Horsham for our long standing client Central Sussex College. We were privileged to be selected to undertake the work at this location and have been so very pleased with the results that have been achieved.
We took a tired building and brought it up to date with some great floor finishes, eye catching wall colours and fantastic quality doors and fittings. Arun house is now open and providing high quality Adult Education.
Longstanding client Lactalic Mclelland used our services recently when they when they moved offices. As well as refurbishing office space or helping with office relocations we can also take care of dilapidations.
When a client leaves an office space at the end of their contact they normally have an obligation to return the office space to the same condition and layout as when they commenced their tenancy. We carried out such works for our client in their old premises and left the space ready to accept new tenants.
