Relocating due to expansion, Medserv awarded Office Changes to design and fit out a tired Ground Floor office space at Rockwood House in Haywards Heath. Desiring an on-trend industrial, revealed services, London standard appearance, we carefully dismantled 30-years of installations to reveal a clear concrete soffit above the false ceiling. Repaired, masked and sprayed black, all services were then installed fully on show with little to no room for any deviation in designs and the quality of finish.
Complimented with an abundance of all glass partitioning, glass doors and a funky staff recreation area Medserv’s new office environment was delivered on time, on budget and snag free.
